Biography

Clayton is a civil engineer turned author, speaker, and storyteller who encourages people to focus on the good stuff in life. For him, that most important good stuff is faith, family, and friends. He is the author of several parenting books, including Intentional Parenting, Parent Parables, numerous personal journals, and runs That's The Good Stuff Podcast. Clayton also leads a platform called High Level Speakers, an all-in-one, integrated platform providing speakers at any stage with the tools, strategies, and systems they need to grow their influence, impact, and income.

Clayton married his high school sweetheart Leigh, and they have four amazing kids: Ethan, Maddie, Charlie, and Maria, their daughter from Guatemala. West Monroe, LA, is their home, and when he's not speaking and inspiring people across the country, they can be found hanging out with family and friends, enjoying good food and good conversation. In their spare time, they love to BBQ, boil seafood, invite friends over, and simply enjoy the culture of family they've built together.
